Key Responsibilities -

  • Developing and executing a regional growth strategy across North Scotland.
  • Winning new business with Tier 1 contractors, major infrastructure projects and strategic customers.
  • Building relationships with commercial, operational and procurement leaders across your territory.
  • Identifying opportunities early and positioning the business as the partner of choice.
  • Leading negotiations, tenders and commercial discussions through to successful close.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Building, managing and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Representing the business at customer meetings, industry events and networking forums.
  • Keeping ahead of market activity, competitor movements and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets.
