As demand for our clients continues to grow, we are expanding our Recruitment team and looking for someone who wants to build a career centred around people. No previous recruitment experience is required. We provide structured training from day one, giving you the skills and support needed to develop into a confident talent acquisition professional.
Unlike traditional recruitment, this is a highly interactive and people focused environment. You will spend your time engaging with prospective candidates in person, attending marketing campaigns and events, introducing people to career opportunities, and identifying individuals whose personality and ambitions align with our clients and company culture.
