As a Head Installer, you will play a key leadership role, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, support and develop Assistant teams, and help maintain the excellent reputation that Instaloft has built nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to local depot and customer homes within the local region.
- Complete day to day installs on site.
- Ensure all loft boarding, loft ladders, insulation, and storage solutions are installed to company standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance.
- Train, mentor, and support Assistant Installers to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve any installation issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Instaloft brand professionally.
- Work closely with management to improve processes and team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or a related trade.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
