We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for Assistant Installers to learn the trade alongside our experienced Head Installers. No experience needed, full training provided.

You start as an Assistant on £26,500, learning to install to our standards. As you build skills and take on more, your salary rises through the band toward £32,000. Progress to Head Installer and you lead your own team on a package of £32,500 to £40,000 before overtime. We promote from within, and we tell you exactly what each step takes.
What you will do:
- Work alongside your Head Installer fitting loft boarding, ladders, insulation and storage
- Learn to install to InstaLoft's standards, safely and to a high finish
- Travel from your local depot to customers' homes across your region
- Deliver great customer service and represent the brand well
