What you can realistically earn: New starters typically build from around £2k a month to £4k a month in their first few months while the pipeline ramps up Surveyors who joined earlier this year are already averaging £54k to £78k annualised The ability to earn over £100k a year from commission alone This is a self-employed role, so we will also talk through how we support your income in the early weeks while you build your pipeline. What you will do: Visit warm, pre-booked customers in their homes Survey and measure their loft, then design the right storage solution Build rapport, demonstrate value, and close Manage your follow-ups using our proven CRM and back-office systems What we are looking for: In-home or B2C sales experience preferred, though it is not essential.
