Installio is on the hunt for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Heat Pump Engineer, joining our experienced team ready to help tackle the UK’s net-zero transition. Installio is building the platform powering the next generation of clean energy installations across the UK. Working with leading energy brands including E.ON Next, Good Energy, Aira and So Energy, we deliver heat pumps, solar and home electrification to homes across the country.

Tasks

  • Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services.

Responsibilities

  • Support our heat pump team with reactive maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct annual services for heat pumps
  • Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Your profile

Required:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • G3 Unvented WRAS Water Regulations
  • Experience fitting heat pumps
  • Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
  • Experience decommissioning heating systems
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less

Desirable:

  • Gas safe Level 3 heat pump qualifications
