Installio is building the platform powering the next generation of clean energy installations across the UK. Working with leading energy brands including E.ON Next, Good Energy, Aira and So Energy, we deliver heat pumps, solar and home electrification to homes across the country. As demand for low‑carbon heating accelerates, we’re looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to help homeowners transition to cleaner, cheaper energy.
You’ll work with warm inbound enquiries from homeowners exploring heat pumps and solar, helping them understand their options and guiding them confidently through to installation. This is a consultative sales role, combining technical advice with high‑conversion sales. You’ll help customers understand how systems work, what they cost, and whether they’re suitable for their property.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for converting inbound demand into installations.
- Most of your time will be spent speaking with homeowners, understanding their property and energy needs, and guiding them through the decision process.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners exploring solar and heat pumps
- Convert inbound enquiries into booked surveys and installations
- Present system proposals and pricing clearly
- Manage your sales pipeline from enquiry to close
- Explain running costs, savings and installation timelines
- Educate customers on incentives such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme
We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in sales, inside sales or consultative roles
- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong organisation and pipeline management
- Self‑motivated and target driven
