Installio is looking for a driven and organised Customer Support and Administration Assistant to join our growing team, helping us deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient renewable energy systems across the country - while ensuring customers have a clear, confident, and well-managed experience from booking to completion.
The Role
This is a varied administrative role supporting multiple functions in Installio.
You'll help ensure our renewable energy installations run smoothly by providing administrative support.
The role offers excellent exposure to every stage of our installation process, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and supporting a busy team.
- What You’ll Do
- Operations Support
- Updating systems and ensuring job information is accurate.
- Preparing documentation and maintaining records.
- Ensuring invoicing is accurate and up to date.
- Customer Support
- Be a friendly point of contact for customers via phone, email, and Intercom.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide installation updates.
- Help manage customer expectations throughout the installation journey.
- Escalate issues to the Operations Manager where appropriate.
- Office Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and general correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Organise office administration, filing, and company records.
- Support wider business projects and general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration, administrative support, operations support, or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
