Experienced third time founders (ex-McKinsey, ex-Bloomberg), were backed by VC and industry leaders, embedded with major B2B players, growing fast and just getting started. Were building a national network of best-in-class engineers / installers who take pride in their work and want to lead the clean energy transition. As we scale, were looking for a Head of Installer Network to take the lead.
The role
Youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining top-tier heat pump installer teams across the UK, building a high-performing, mission-aligned network.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on growth, quality and community. Youll define and lead the strategy to scale our installer workforce while upholding the standards and values that define Installio.
Youll collaborate closely with operations, product, and marketing to shape the full installer journey from first contact to long-term partnership.

What youll do
- Own the installer acquisition strategy from sourcing and outreach to qualification and onboarding
- Build systems and tools to support scalable, high-quality network growth
- Design and deliver a standout onboarding experience
- Define and drive retention and engagement programmes including incentives, training and recognition
- Foster a national community of excellence supporting installer success and continuous improvement
- Work closely with product to ensure our tools are built for the installer experience
- Represent Installio externally at industry events, trade shows and partnership forums

- Experience in network or community buildingroles, ideally in trades, marketplaces or field service operations
- A track record of hiring, onboarding, or managing distributed contractor or workforce networks
- Highly organised, strategic and execution-focused, with strong people skills
