We are a company specialising in the installation of audiovisual systems for high-end corporate and university clients. Our projects range from video conferencing systems in boardrooms to bespoke lecture theatres with high-quality audio systems. We work predominantly across the South of England, but also undertake projects throughout the UK and occasionally in Europe. As such, a willingness to travel is required.
We are looking for an Audio Visual Engineer to join our team. We are happy to train the right individual, shadowing one of our senior engineers; however, candidates should already be proficient in using power and hand tools and must hold a full UK driving licence. A CSCS/ECS card would also be advantageous. This role may suit an electrician, data engineer, or satellite engineer looking for a change.
Key Responsibilities:- Reading schematics and technical drawings
- Installation of cable management systems
- First fix cabling
- Installation of mounting hardware (e.g. TV mounts, cameras, speakers, ceiling-mounted projectors)
- Termination of various cable types
- Equipment rack installation and wiring
Once trained, the successful candidate will be provided with all necessary tools and a fully expensed company vehicle.
