Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical services that support the planning, development and delivery of business services across Business Durham.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries to Business Durham, using telephony and ICT systems.
- Provide reception and general administrative support at the Business Durham main office, visitor areas, and other Business Centres and Offices as required.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, or substantial practical experience relevant to the post.
