You will own Career Bridge Foundation's presence across Meta platforms – Instagram, Threads, and Facebook. Each has a distinct format and audience, and you will tune content for each. Instagram is our visual storytelling platform; Threads is our conversational testing ground; Facebook reaches an audience the other platforms don't, particularly across African markets. This is a visual storyteller role. You will design carousels, write captions, coordinate Reels with the TikTok Content Specialist for cross‑posting, and build a Meta presence that complements (rather than duplicates) what we do elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Produce 4+ Instagram posts per week (carousels, single-image posts, Reels) plus daily Stories
- Maintain an active Threads presence with conversational, opinion‑led posts
- Maintain Facebook with content tuned to that audience (often longer‑form, less aspirational)
- Develop a visual content system: templates, design guidelines, tone of voice across each Meta platform
- Engage with the audience across all three platforms – comments, DMs, mentions
- Track and report weekly on engagement, follower growth, saves, and shares
- Coordinate with the TikTok Specialist on Reels (cross‑posting strategy) and the LinkedIn Specialist on content repurposing
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Meta platform management – Instagram is essential, Threads and Facebook ideally
- Strong visual design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) and a portfolio we can review
- Strong written English with the ability to write in three distinct platform‑native voices
- A personal Instagram or client Instagram we can review with substantive content and engagement
- Self‑directed and design‑confident
- Genuine interest in education, career development, or visual storytelling
- Paid contract experience running Meta platforms for a global CIC
