What is involved?
- Manage ASF applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process and monitor funding and payments to ensure financial compliance.
- Maintain high-quality administrative support for the Full Circle and Adoption Services.
- Develop and maintain financial processes in line with Durham County Council and external provider requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop specialist service knowledge to support effective service delivery.
Your work will help ensure that adoptive families receive timely, effective support - and that services run smoothly behind the scenes. This is a role where your administrative and financial skills genuinely contribute to improving lives.
Qualifications and attributes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing financial information and maintaining accurate records.
- Skilled at building positive working relationships.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
- Motivated to deliver a high-quality service that supports children and families.
- Holds a NVQ 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
