A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for an Administrative Officer working full time 37 hours, temporary until approximately 31st March 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Core administrative support – managing day-to-day tasks that keep the Specialist Teams organised, efficient and effective.
  • Prioritising business needs – helping the service run smoothly by managing workloads, deadlines and competing demands.
  • Supporting building management – working with the Business Services Team Leader to ensure our workspaces are safe, functional and welcoming.
  • Financial administration – handling essential financial processes to support team operations.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
