As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Commercial Electricians to join our team. Whether you already have BMS experience or you're looking to specialise, we'll provide the training, support and opportunities to help you build a long-term career. Role overview
You will install the electrical infrastructure that supports Building Management Systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the UK. Typical work includes:
- Commercial electrical installations within plant rooms and energy centres
- HVAC and control wiring
- Cable containment and cable installation
- Installing and terminating BMS control panels
- Wiring sensors, actuators and associated equipment
- Reading electrical drawings and schematics
- Inspection, testing and fault finding
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
This role involves travelling to customer sites across the UK and will occasionally require working away during the week.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- AM2 Qualification
- ECS Gold Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commercial or industrial electrical installation experience
- Good understanding of BS7671
Desirable:
- Previous BMS experience
- HVAC or plant room installations
- Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Tridium or Honeywell systems
- IPAF
- PASMA
- SSSTS or SMSTS
