We are looking for an Equipment Coordinator to support our IT team in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment. In this role, you will manage IT equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure all devices and tools are organized, functional, and ready for use. This position requires being on your feet and active throughout the shift, including moving boxes and handling various types of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Help the IT team set up and deliver equipment each day.
- Keep track of all IT items like scanners, printers, and computers.
- Check equipment to make sure it’s labeled, working, and in the right place.
- Receive and unpack new equipment, and get it ready for use.
- Keep records updated so inventory lists are always correct.
- Work with vendors and other teams to fix or replace broken equipment.
- Help set up and take down computer workstations when needed.
- Keep the IT storage area neat and organized.
- Help with office tasks like scheduling, filling out forms, and making reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
- Basic understanding of computer and network concepts and terminology.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management and asset tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and move equipment throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and rotating schedules (days to nights).
