We are looking for an apprentice to join our team as a Finance Administrator whilst completing a L3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in data and finance while gaining practical workplace experience and working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
You will be responsible for supporting the finance function through accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining records, assisting with reporting requirements and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end processes.
- Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepare data audits
- Collate and manipulate data to create live working reports
- Support audits and respond to finance queries.
As an apprentice you’ll
