We are looking for an apprentice to join our team as a Compliance Administrator whilst completing a L3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in data and business administration while gaining practical workplace experience and working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
The Compliance Administrator supports the compliance function by maintaining records, monitoring regulatory requirements, coordinating audits and ensuring policies and procedures remain up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records and document control systems.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor mandatory training and certification records for expiry.
- Prepare data audits
- Collate and manipulate data to create live working reports
- Produce compliance reports and management information
As an apprentice you’ll
