We are offering a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career as an Apprentice ICT Support Technician whilst completing a L3 ICT Apprenticeship Standard.

Annual salary of £20,000

Duties Include:

  • Providing internal technical support for computer systems including server, desktop, and networking infrastructure.
  • Building PCs, Installation of Operating Systems and peripherals for internal and external customers.
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders (internal teams and external customers / third parties).
  • Recording all calls to ensure accurate information about the client’s systems is maintained and available to other team members and account managers.
  • Escalating issues in line with guidance and working with other support staff to build knowledge and skills required for all sites supported.
  • Complying with all working practices relating to the customer site.
  • Building strong relationships with customer account managers.
  • Having a proactive approach to customer IT systems to ensure future problems are avoided and the longer-term development of the customer IT systems is considered.
  • Consult users on customer sites who have high expectations and liaise with your team/line manager.
