We’re looking for a Data Support professional to join our Head Office team in Annesley. This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation, someone who enjoys supporting others and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Buying and Sales Director, providing vital data, administrative and coordination support across our sales processes. This is a long-term, trusted position where your reliability and calm approach will be genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Prepare reports and assist with sales analysis.
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems.
- Data Reporting

- Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts.

- Administrative & Sales Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Buying & Sales Director.

- Liaise with sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
