Are you passionate about data? Are you looking to kickstart a long and rewarding career? Remit are proud to announce that we are working with a client who is on the lookout for a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice to join their team going forward.
- Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Must be able to prioritise work independently, addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
- Assist on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
- Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
- Attend project meetings when required to gain or impart knowledge on the current status of projects and to immerse yourself in declarative Salesforce development.
- Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
- Help maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Using tools such as LinkedIn & Salesforce inbuilt analytics, Excel, Cognism, Zoominfo etc.
- Work on tracking analytics for social campaigns to support the Customer Success Manager and Account Director, analysing what has worked, potential failures, and improvements.
- This is effectively a data role to support a sales team which is a great fit.
As an apprentice, you will undertake a 15-month (+ 3 months End Point Assessment) Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship.
