We’re on the search for Apprentice Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us! As a back of house Apprentice Team Member at Nando’s, you will be working towards a Level 2 Kitchen Services Apprenticeship over the duration of 12 months, learning and growing in your role. We’ll give you on the job training and development, on the job support, real-time coaching, and help you build your own unique learning plan.

The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple… to prepare and make the finest Peri-Peri meals to wow every guest. It's up to us to make sure our customers leave feeling happy, having had a really positive experience.
What I do:
- I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by assisting with preparing their meals to Nando’s high standards.
- Cooking our sides, making salads and getting food sent out in a timely manner.
- I set up, maintain, hand over and close down clean, safe and fully operational workstations.
- I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards.
- I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.

To become an apprentice, you must:
- Be 16 or over.
- Not already be in full-time education.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- Complete a L2 Kitchen Services Apprenticeship.
- Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace.
- Learn and train for a specific job.
- Get paid and receive holiday leave.
- Get hands-on experience in a real job.
- 6 hours a week paid time to study.
- Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship.
- Be on a career path with lots of future potential.
- Be entitled to a TOTUM membership.
