We are looking for a Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide operational support across our client accounts helping with the administration of our hosting function, domain name and email function, project management function, reporting function, security function and accounting function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to learn the ropes of a busy digital agency, gaining hands-on experience across web management, customer support, and digital operations while working towards a recognised qualification. As an apprentice, you will be completing a L3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship. This will involve around 6 hours per week of off-job training including regular 1-1 sessions with a Digital Skills Trainer, online learning and workshops.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good English skills
- Able to review content for various clients
- Can learn CMS systems to update website content
- Is confident to sit in on meetings/speak to new people and build relationships
- Can work in a team and as an individual
- Has a can-do attitude
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting clients with basic requests for website content updates or admin help on our custom CMS system with occasional support for other website admin systems
- Setting up and managing logins
- Updating content
- Problem solving
- App support - providing support to client app users
- Testing new features on websites and apps
- Helping the projects team with creating and managing tasks
- Answering the office phone and client emails
- Speaking with clients via Google Meet/Email
- Support generating reports on social media, email and website interaction
- Timesheet checking and chasing
- Arranging sports therapy sessions
- Weekly approved annual leave summary email to all staff
- Adding time to the timesheets when required
- All other reasonable office & admin tasks
