We’re looking for a proactive HR Data and Insights Assistant to support our HR team with day‑to‑day people administration, data management, and reporting using BreatheHR. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid Data Analytics and HR career in a hands‑on, supportive environment.
You will earn a L3 Data technician qualification as part of your apprenticeship, before moving onto an apprenticeship in HR at level 5 where we hope you can complete your CIPD.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate employee records in BreatheHR across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers).
- Support HR administration, including contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Manage absence, holiday, and employee data within BreatheHR.
- Produce basic HR reports (headcount, absence, turnover) for the HR team.
- Consolidate and analyse employee data.
- Produce data reports for board level usage.
- Support compliance with UK GDPR and confidentiality standards.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR system and process queries.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
This is a Hybrid role, you will be working in the office in Brighton 3 days a week.
