We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as a strong knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee varieties. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as restocking supplies and ensuring that all equipment is in working order.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer specifications.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure all products are stocked and ready for use.

As an Apprentice Barista you will be completing a L2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard with Inspiro Learning. You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- learn and train for a specific job
- get paid and receive holiday leave
- get hands-on experience in a real job
- study for at least 20% of your working hours
- complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- be on a career path with lots of future potential
