We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, sales, or business development. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to source candidates, build relationships with clients, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for various job roles
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Screening CVs and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Arranging interviews and providing feedback
  • Managing candidate databases and records
  • Learning sales and business development techniques
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
Skills and Experience Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and eager to build a successful career in recruitment. You should enjoy speaking with people, working towards goals, and being part of a team-focused environment.

To become an apprentice, you must:

  • Be 16 or over
  • Not already be in full-time education

As an apprentice you’ll:

  • Complete a business administration apprenticeship standard
  • Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
  • Learn and train for a specific job
  • Get paid and receive holiday leave
  • Get hands-on experience in a real job
  • Study for at least 20% of your working hours
  • Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
  • Be on a career path with lots of future potential
  • Be entitled to a TOTUM membership
