Overview

Riverdale Hall Hotel is a luxury, modern country house hotel with 28 individually decorated bedrooms, an indoor heated pool and sauna. The 12‑month apprenticeship offers a great chance to start a career in hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and seat them at the table
  • Set up tables
  • Deliver food to tables
  • Serve drinks
  • Handle cash and put orders through the till
  • Clean tables
  • Learn the hotel booking system, take bookings and check guests in as the role progresses

Apprenticeship Requirements

To become an apprentice you must be 16 or over, not already in full‑time education, and be willing to study for at least 20% of your working hours.
