Requirements:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote
- Prior experience of writing formal IT documentation which has been subject to successful audit.
- Experience in ITIL, ITSM, Quality Management/Documentation
- Worked on audit documentation, batch management.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Concise communicator with a steep learning curve, focused on providing important information and quickly filtering out the superfluous.
- Proven experience of writing formal process documentation for IT functions that stand up to audit scrutiny (e.g. policies, procedures, terms of reference, senior management briefings).
- Ability to scrutinise documentation in an objective, unbiased way to identify shortcomings, gaps, and potential risk exposure.
- Ability to quickly understand new technical information and concepts.
- Ability to produce documents to effectively communicate with audiences unfamiliar with the subject matter.
- Ability to quickly build relationships, collaborate, and influence to achieve results in a fast-moving, diverse, global environment.
- Ability to work to pressing deadlines, including being flexible and accommodating changes to plans and demand.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word).
- Understanding of the relationship between processes and their underlying controls and risks.
- Experience interacting with Banking Regulators, directly or indirectly, would be beneficial.
- Experience interacting with external audit stakeholders and regulators.
