Rowe Veterinary Group are looking for a receptionist to join our busy and friendly practice in Yate. Rowe Vet Group are based in the South West with branches in Wotton, Brimsham, Thornbury, Winterbourne and a 24 hour hospital in Bradley Stoke.
As a valued member of the reception team you will be the first point of contact for pets and their owners.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week with varied shifts: Monday 1pm-7pm, Tuesday 2.30pm-7.30pm, Wednesday 8am-2pm, Friday 1pm-7pm & Saturday 1:4 8.30-1pm.
