Team Composition
Our friendly team includes 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 ANAs, and experienced Receptionists across the group. The group has a supportive, family-feeling culture.
Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. This is a part-time role working 32 hours per week, also participating in a Saturday rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
- Taking payments and processing transactions
- Dispensing medication as required
- Supporting with general administrative duties
- Managing account queries and chasing outstanding payments
- Completing end-of-day banking procedures
- Monitoring and maintaining petty cash records
