We are seeking an exceptional Area Director to lead a portfolio of veterinary practices across the West Midlands and Black Country area. You will be passionate about growing and inspiring the team with a continuous improvement mindset, purpose-driven, and dedicated to delivering high performance to enhance patient outcomes, drive organic growth and create efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical, operational and commercial performance of practices across the area, ensuring excellent outcomes for patients, clients and teams.
- Hold full accountability for a large and complex regional budget, driving sustainable growth and financial performance.
- Translate business strategy into meaningful action through effective stakeholder engagement and leadership.
- Drive attraction, retention and engagement initiatives across the region.
- Work closely with the Area Support Manager to deliver aligned priorities, performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Provide direct line management and coaching to both clinical and non-clinical Practice Directors.
- Support change management, continuous improvement and long-term regional development plans.

Additional Requirements
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Must have large multi-site management experience.
- Experience managing large scale budgets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Midlands and the Black Country area.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
