Job Details

  • Full‑time permanent Receptionist position.
  • Rota schedule: 8:30‑17:30 or 10:30‑19:30 with a one‑hour break; 1:4 weekends 8:30‑12:30.
  • Location: Whitton, UK.
  • Salary: £26,436.80 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Booking, cancelling, and changing appointments.
  • Dealing with enquiries via email, telephone and in person.
  • Processing and recording payments.
  • Completing end‑of‑day reconciliation procedures.
  • Dispensing medications/prescriptions.
  • Keeping client/patient records up to date.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Keeping the reception area and consulting rooms clean and tidy.
  • Promoting and signing new patients to the Health Care Plan.
