Walton Lodge Vets are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team on a full‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, close‑knit practice where your nursing skills will be fully utilised and valued.
Practice Highlights
- Team of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 3 Receptionists and 1 Veterinary Care Assistant
- Well‑equipped with up‑to‑date facilities, including dental x‑ray, ultrasound and orthopaedic theatre, allowing us to deliver a high standard of care and carry out a wide range of procedures in‑house.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
Working Pattern
The role is based on a 40‑hour week, working Monday to Friday. Shifts are worked on a rota basis, which can be a 5‑day week or a 4‑day week. There is also a 1‑in‑7 Saturday morning rota (9:00 am – 2:00 pm).
