Birch Veterinary Centre has been established for over 100 years, with our main branch in Oxton and a consulting‑only practice in Moreton. Oxton is close to the village with great local amenities and excellent transport links to Liverpool.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

This is a part time role working 24 hours per week Monday‑Wednesday, 9:30am‑6:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) with a minimum of 4 Saturdays per year, 9am‑2pm and no out‑of‑hours work.
