We are a small but busy practice located on the beautiful Hampshire Coast Line, enjoying the tranquillity of small‑town life while being located between two major cities, Southampton and Portsmouth. We pride ourselves on preventive medicine and aim to provide gold standard care, offering many in‑house procedures that would normally require costly referral. We have a friendly, compassionate, and supportive team of vets and nurses who regularly enjoy social events together outside of work.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
