We are seeking an enthusiastic, team‑orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Bilton Veterinary Centre on a full‑time basis.

- Long‑established small animal practice serving the Rugby community for over 75 years
- Single‑site practice with no branch work
- Well‑equipped facilities including two sterile theatres, dental suites, ultrasound, ECG and in‑house laboratory equipment

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week
- 4‑day working week, with shifts between 8:00am and 7:30pm
- Weekend work is shared fairly across the team, with Saturday clinics running until 1:00pm and inpatient care supported until 4:30pm
- No out-of-hours requirements; care is transferred to a dedicated provider outside of these hours
General Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied first‑opinion caseload
- Support surgical procedures, including anaesthesia monitoring and theatre nursing
- Provide excellent inpatient care and support patient recovery
- Run and support nurse‑led clinics, promoting preventative healthcare and client education
