How You’ll Make a Difference
You will join our Client Care team as a customer‑focused administrator in a fast‑paced environment. Your key responsibilities include:
General Responsibilities
- Oversee the practice email inbox, prioritising and responding to urgent communications
- Provide professional telephone support to clients and referring veterinary practices
- Arrange appointments for new referrals in a timely manner
- Liaise with pet insurance companies regarding claims and enquiries
- Review clinical histories and identify relevant information
- Chase documentation and respond to clinician queries
- Process client payments accurately
- Support emergency case administration and coordinate urgent appointments
- Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical colleagues across the referral centre
Working Pattern
- Maximum of 40 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm
- One‑hour lunch break
- Shared weekend and bank holiday rota

Salary: Up to £26,528.32 per annum.
