Location: New Priory Vets, Peacehaven

The Peacehaven Clinic offers advanced general practice services, providing clients on the coast with comprehensive veterinary care and access to additional expertise at our flagship Brighton hospital when needed.

Working Pattern

This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) with weekend and bank holiday rotation in Brighton. The primary workplace is New Priory Peacehaven, with weekend/holiday cover at Brighton and potential cover at Beech House for annual leave and sickness.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line contact for clients and pets via telephone and in person.
  • Triage emergencies and provide appropriate advice.
  • Relay messages accurately and act promptly.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Welcome and register clients on arrival, book appointments.
  • Dispense medicines as directed by veterinarians.
  • Process payments and complete cash up.
  • Manage social media content.
  • Complete referrals and other administrative tasks.
