We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Amical Vets on a part‑time basis. We are a friendly close‑knit team who work as one, always supporting and encouraging one another. We pride ourselves on outstanding client and patient care. The successful person will work alongside 2 RVNs, 4 receptionists, an animal care assistant, Practice Manager and cleaner. The team is very close, and we enjoy creating a positive friendly working environment. As a practice we support many charities in the local area, such as Merrylegs, RSPCA and Cats protection.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

The role is part time (25 hours) with various shifts, Monday - Friday 7:45am to 6:30pm. No weekends or out of hours are required.
