Working Pattern & Flexibility
The role can be tailored to suit the right candidate, with up to 40 hours per week available between 8:30am and 7:00pm. Participation in a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota (8:30am-1:00pm) is required. There are no out‑of‑hours responsibilities. MBM Vets place genuine importance on work‑life balance and are open to discussing flexible or reduced hours to suit individual circumstances and career stages.
