The Coding Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Pricing and Coding Team. Working to help organise key projects being undertaken, they share responsibility for maintenance of stock coding in IVC Practice Management Systems, as well as providing first-line response/triage of queries & provision of online training in use of systems.
- Deliver Training & Support to SOC & practice team members of all levels in use of coding
- Help revise and maintain email templates for query responses
- Assist with (national) price reviews for UK and ROI (stock and professional fees)
- Assist with pricing and coding related projects and pilots
- Experience working in a veterinary role to be able contextualise our data
- Experience presenting - both in-person and online
- Ability to work on your own without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills as the role requires frequent interactions with other departments, practice teams and suppliers, building relationships with stakeholders
- An intermediate level in Excel (e.g. Experience in Excel comparison formulae such as vlookup/xlookup)
- Hold a driving licence
