The GBS OTC Integration SME sits within the Integration team and is responsible for ensuring newly acquired practices are smoothly integrated into group processes specifically across Banking and Takings. This includes:

  • Ensuring all banking and takings processes are reconciled, standardised, and transitioned to BAU within the defined integration timeline.
  • Supporting practice onboarding, aligning them with IVC Evidensia policies, systems, and controls.
  • Providing functional expertise throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Banking and Takings Operations
    • Complete accurate bank reconciliations within month-end timelines.
    • Lead resolution of complex or escalated issues across acquisitions.
    • Manage daily and weekly rolling/posting of bank accounts.
    • Investigate and resolve bank-related queries, working closely with practices and finance coordinators.
    • Ensure Takings compliance, including accurate allocation of income and resolving mismatches.
  • Integration Responsibilities
    • Deliver all integration tasks for allocated practices, ensuring they align with IVC Evidensia's banking & takings processes prior to BAU handover.
    • Ensure legacy bank accounts are closed within SLA (typically 90 days).
    • Work collaboratively with the BPO provider (Genpact) to ensure the expected level of service from an OTC standpoint.
    • Support the Integration Tower Lead with standardisation and continuous improvement of acquisition processes.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with key teams including Accounts Payable, Treasury and local finance teams.
    • Manage shared mailboxes and respond to internal queries within SLA.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • High level of accuracy and strong numerical skills.
    • Clear, confident communication skills.
    • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong IT skills including intermediate Excel.
    • Proactive in identifying issues and driving resolutions.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
    • Strong team ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience with high volume workloads.
    • Previous banking and/or takings experience.
    • Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
