As part of Central Functions, you will be part of the teams that support and enable our network of over 2,500 practices across 20 countries, driving operational excellence, innovation and strategic impact across the business.
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Group Health & Safety Project Manager for a 12 months fixed term contract to take the lead on delivering key safety initiatives across our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and embed best-in-class health & safety practices, drive compliance, and influence a positive safety culture across multiple regions. You'll play a pivotal role in leading projects, leveraging data insights, and partnering with teams to ensure our people can work safely and confidently every day.
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week Remote working, with occasional travel
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Deliver Impact
- Support key Health & Safety projects aligned to company policy and frameworks
- Lead initiatives to improve risk management, compliance, and safety performance
- Embed consistent standards across national and regional teams
- Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse incident and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Share lessons learned and implement practical solutions to reduce risk
- Support ongoing enhancement of systems, processes and tools
- Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with regional teams to deliver audits, training, and compliance activities
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including HR, Property, Risk, and senior leadership
- Support national alignment of policies, frameworks and practices
- Training & Capability Building
- Develop and deliver engaging H&S training and awareness programmes
- Equip managers and teams with the knowledge and tools to manage risk effectively
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning
