We are seeking an organised, personable Insurance Administrator to join our team at Pride Referrals on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Pride Veterinary Centre is a multi-disciplinary veterinary referral centre and the central small animal hospital for the Scarsdale Veterinary Group. In addition to supporting our own practices, we provide referral services to veterinary practices across the Midlands and beyond.
As an Insurance Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting clients, insurers and clinical teams by managing insurance claims efficiently and accurately throughout the patient journey. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the hospital, veterinary practices and insurance providers to ensure claims are processed promptly, supporting a positive experience for both clients and referring practices.
Working Pattern- 12-month fixed-term contract
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, working between 8:00am and 5:00pm
- Processing direct insurance claims for both first opinion and multidisciplinary referral cases
- Processing insurance claims following treatment
- Monitoring claims through to settlement
- Liaising with insurance companies, clients and referring veterinary practices
