Vets Now, part of Inspiring Vet Care, is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to manage our Dunfermline contact centre and drive service excellence for pet owners. This full-time role supports a Monday–Friday operation with weekend flexibility and occasional bank holidays.
You will lead the Dunfermline team, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer interactions while coordinating with the wider network of clinics and hospitals across the UK.
