How You’ll Make a Difference
We are seeking a confident, friendly, and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for animal care. The successful candidate will be client‑focused, thrive in a busy team environment, and be confident managing a varied workload across both locations. In addition to front‑of‑house reception duties, this role will involve a range of administrative responsibilities, including processing and submitting insurance claims, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of both practices. This is a part‑time role working 34.5 hours per week, including one Saturday every four weeks.

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information, working to tight deadlines, and using IT systems is essential.
