About Us
Here at Wellhouse Veterinary Clinic, ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly clinic, we are looking for a friendly and professional Veterinary Surgeon to join our team! We have two clinics, one in Crowborough and the other in Tunbridge Wells bordering on Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Both clinics are near a mainline train station for London/Gatwick. We are a close team who believe in working together to provide a high standard of care for our clients and patients. We have an ethos at Well House that includes an openness in regard to the sharing of knowledge and experiences. We believe this to be paramount to ensuring that we remain a cohesive team and share best practices. We work to high clinical standards and have state of the art equipment to include digital x-ray, dental suite, Idexx lab machines, multiparameter and an Ultrasound machine. We also have separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards.
You Might Be a Great Fit If…
- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Surgical experience. You will have experience in surgery and general consultation, and be comfortable with an element of sole charge.
