Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Deliver training to multiple team members across support, management and practice teams
- Act as main point of administrative support for team requirements (e.g. venue booking, meeting organisation/minuting)
- Maintain UK & ROI stock codes (approx. 10,000 UK / 3,000 ROI)
- Update descriptions, supplier codes, labels, and pricing
- Engage with suppliers, labs, and visiting specialists
- Resolve issues such as discontinued codes and poor supplier communication
- Regular intranet updates with supplier price reports and practice resource
- Deliver training & support to SOC & practice team members of all levels in use of coding
- Respond to first‑line queries from practices, escalating appropriately where necessary
- Help revise and maintain email templates for query responses
- Assist with (national) price reviews for UK and ROI (stock and professional fees)
- Assist with pricing and coding related projects and pilots
- Manage the Price Changes inbox, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests
- Coordinate behind‑the‑scenes activities to support pricing and charging processes

Essential Qualifications
- Experience working in a veterinary role to be able contextualise our data
- Experience presenting – both in‑person and online
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills as the role requires frequent interactions with other departments, practice teams and suppliers, building relationships with stakeholders
- An intermediate level in Excel (e.g. X‑lookup experience, pivot tables)
Desirable Qualifications
- In‑practice experience of the IVC Practice Management System (Merlin or Voyager), with responsibility for code management
- Experience of using PACMan
- Experience in Excel comparison formulae such as vlookup/xlookup
- Hold a driving licence
