Inspiring Vet Care in Banff, Scotland, is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to join Seafield Vets on a full-time basis. You will provide senior clinical leadership, set nursing standards, and guide a capable team across small animal, farm and equine exposure as desired.
This role offers 40 hours weekly with 4–5 days, 1 in 4 weekends, and rota-based OOH shifts. You will lead the nursing team, maintain high standards, and collaborate with leadership to shape culture and performance.
