Inspiring Teaching are currently seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to work at our brilliant Special Needs School based in Purley We are looking for candidates who can assist with students’ daily needs and ideally have experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs. As a Teaching Assistant or student support assistant, you must have a natural aptitude on the behaviour management and interpersonal skills as well as a very enthusiastic and positive manner. You must be able to have a level of resilience, be able to build rapport easily and will ideally have experience working with students who have Autism, physical & sensory disabilities and learning difficulties. All successful candidates will be subject to DBS and reference checks and will need to have the ‘right to work’ in the UK. Typical hours are 8:30am to 1600 (daily rate is £102) Inspiring Teaching is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
